Dignity Suites is a stability‑focused housing program created by The Staggers Foundation in partnership with Vast Development Group, LLC and Serenity Home of Maricopa East & West. Together, we provide secure, confidential, and fully supported living environments for U.S. military veterans, domestic‑violence survivors, and individuals transitioning toward long‑term independence.

What Dignity Suites Offers

Each resident receives a semi‑private, fully furnished suite designed for comfort and privacy. Every placement includes:

  • A bed, desk, and nightstand

  • Optional lockbox and room divider

  • Access to shared kitchens and common areas

  • On‑site support coordination

  • Structured community standards

  • Trauma‑informed, safety‑focused oversight

Our partnership with Vast Development Group, LLC ensures high‑quality, well‑maintained homes, while Serenity Home of Maricopa East & West provides peaceful, healing‑centered residential environments.

Strict Housing Location Confidentiality

To protect survivors and veterans, all housing locations remain undisclosed until safety protocols are completed.
We do not release addresses during intake or screening. Location details are shared only after:

  • Identity verification

  • Safety clearance

  • Internal approval

Only authorized personnel receive access, and only on a need‑to‑know basis. This protects residents from stalking, harassment, retaliation, and unwanted contact.

Our confidentiality practices follow:

  • VAWA federal privacy protections

  • Arizona confidentiality laws
