Background Check
$75.00
One time

We complete a basic background check for every new member to ensure that each home remains safe, stable, and appropriate for everyone living there. The review is not used to judge or deny people based on their past—it is simply a safety step that helps us place members in the right home with the right level of structure and support. The background check looks at information needed for safe placement, such as supervision requirements, restrictions, or special conditions.

Deposit
$500.00
One time

The deposit is held to protect the condition of the home and the member’s assigned space. It is separate from the $75 transfer fee and is not used toward transfers or administrative costs. The deposit is refundable when the member provides a 60‑day written notice, leaves the home clean and undamaged, and returns all assigned items. If a member moves to another property within the program, the deposit transfers with them and remains active on their account.
